Our mission is to connect people with homes in West Marin
Real Community Rentals works with local homeowners to help create rental units – often from a spare bedroom – right on their property.
The Real Community Rentals program is an initiative of the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin offering incentives and support to homeowners willing to create rentals on their property and set rents at reasonable levels.
The program is operated in partnership with several organizations and has been a successful way to address the shortage of affordable rentals.
